Court and police under one roof
The department at 3950 Adams Avenue is the same address as the court. Practically, it means the officer on your case is rarely far from the courtroom on a session day.
A small department, a small calendar
Fewer DUI arrests per officer per year than Ogden PD. That is not a criticism — it is a defense consideration, because standardized field sobriety tests are administered less often and consistency varies.
Two open-court sessions a week
Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. Missing one is how a bench warrant issues; if you already missed it, that is fixable, and moving first matters.
Serious charges leave
Felonies and class A misdemeanors are filed in the Second District Court in Ogden.

Do not plead at arraignment because it is quick
A guilty plea at arraignment ends the case and every option in it. Utah law also sharply limits pleas in abeyance for DUI, so the shortcut people expect usually is not available. See what a guilty plea actually costs.
Deal with the license separately and immediately
The criminal case and the Driver License Division hearing are two proceedings in two systems. The DLD deadline is ten calendar days from arrest and this court has no power over it.
