Kelly Cardon — Founding Partner
Kelly Cardon founded the firm and has spent decades practicing law in Ogden and across northern Utah. His practice spans DUI defense, criminal defense, personal injury, and estate planning — the full range of problems that walk through the door of a community law office. Kelly is a member of the Utah State Bar (Bar #00570), and his name has been attached to the firm's reputation in Weber County courtrooms for a generation.

Brady Stuart — Managing Partner
Brady Stuart is the firm's managing partner and leads its DUI and criminal defense practice statewide. In more than seventeen years of practice he has handled thousands of criminal cases — Class B misdemeanors through first-degree felonies — in Utah's district, justice, and juvenile courts — including a significant volume of sex-offense defense and homicide matters — with jury and bench trials and successful criminal appeals. He held the Weber County Legal Defender contract and served as a public defender contractor in Box Elder County.
Before devoting his practice to criminal defense, Brady spent the first part of his career as a corporate attorney — in-house General Counsel for an energy company and a compliance officer inside a heavily regulated national financial-services enterprise — handling complex regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters. That background gives him unusual footing in document-driven cases: fraud and financial charges, regulatory exposure, and professional-license consequences.
He earned his J.D. from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah and is licensed by the Utah State Bar (Bar #13591) and admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. Brady's practice is built around the deadlines that decide DUI cases — above all the 10-day window to request a Driver License Division hearing after an arrest — and around trying the cases that should be tried rather than pleading them out.
