Learning through winning

Often times when I win a case through some mistake the officer made such a bad stop or arrest or Baker compromise, a client will draw the wrong conclusion concerning who wasn’t at fault in the case. Meaning the client of course,  who may have been driving with a blood alcohol higher than the presumed impairment level. But they fail to learn from what they just prevailed on, which is to not repeat the error of driving after drinking too much. We don’t always just learn from our mistakes, but should always learn from our victories!
